Jake Paul and his team at MVP have created a formula for high performance content, especially when it comes to real time reaction videos to their fights. But its a tedious workflow, and often, by the time the video is edited, its too late. They asked Future Grade to help them accomplish this feat, with the goal of making the process as seamless, intuitive and robust as possible. So we created a system that would automatically capture, merge, encode and publish multiple cameras at once, resulting the ability to post incredibly unique videos as the fight happens. MVP had a specific use case that used to require three separate people to accomplish, and now it takes none.
When you’re operating inside a high-profile fight weekend at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, and then moving into the raw, intimate energy of The Ringsider, speed and reliability aren’t optional, they’re everything.
Jake Paul’s team needed a system that could:
We designed a compact system that:
Ingests the live fight broadcast feed
Captures a dedicated ringside celebrity cam
Stacks both feeds in real time (fight bottom / reactions top)
Frames everything natively in 9×16 vertical
Encodes directly to Wowza Cloud
So we built a purpose-driven, all-in-one fight content system that lives entirely inside a single Pelican Air case, fits in the overhead, and is as simple as plugging in the right cables, without ever opening the case.
At Fontainebleau, you’re surrounded by high-gloss production, VIP activations, and broadcast-level infrastructure.
At The Ringsider, you’re inside a tighter, more intimate atmosphere.. closer to the action, closer to the personalities.
The system had to:
Integrate with professional broadcast feeds
Operate reliably in live event conditions
Require minimal footprint in VIP areas
Deploy in minutes
Travel commercially without freight
No racks. No rolling carts. No tech sprawl.
